Ingredients
2 cups skim milk1 TBSP cocoa powder2 TBSP Splenda (6 teaspoons)1/3 cup water1 heaping teaspoon instant coffeeCool Whip Free for the top
Directions
Add all ingredients into a small saucepan and heat throughout, stirring often. Pour into two mugs and garnish with a dollop of Cool Whip.
