- Black-eyed peas 1/2 c. dry- cooked with salt- Beans, pinto, 1/2 c. dry- cooked with salt- Brown Rice, long grain, .5 cup pre-cooked- Beans, red kidney, 1 can- Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 cans- Tomato Paste, 1 12.5oz can- Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added,1 12.5 oz can- Chicken Breast (1lb) cooked and shredded- 3 Tsp ground cumin- 2Tsp ground cayenne pepper- 2.5 c water
Throw everything in a crock pot on low and cook while you're at work.
