Chicken Breast, 3 lbs., Boiled and chopped or shreddedPickle Relish, 1 CupSpin Blend Light Whipped Dressing (whole container)Onion, 1 whole, diced
Boil chicken breasts for 1 hour (boiling gives the chicken more moisture). Remove chicken from broth and allow them to cool. Chop or shred chicken, add dressing, pickle relish, and chopped onions. Mix thoroughly and chill for 1 hour (or overnight).
