Multigrain bread

Ingredients
4 C coarse wheat flour3 T flax seeds3 T sunflower seeds0.5 C bran (oat, wheat, rye)1.5 T sesame seeds1 T pumpkin seeds0.75 T salt2.5 gram dry yeast2 C lukewarm water
Directions
Mix all ingredients but water thoroughly. Add water, mix well, set aside covered with kitchen towel for 20 minutes. Mix well again, move to greased baking dish (9cm X 28cm), cover with kitchen towel, let rise for another 20-30 minutes. Bake at 450 F for 50-60 minutes.
