Ingredients
1 fresh medium bananaA dash of non-fat milk
Directions
Peel and slice a banana and put in a freezer safe bowl in the freezer for approximately 2 hours.

Remove frozen banana, place in food processor and blend it, it probably won't look like ice cream so add a dash of non-fat milk and blend it until it's like ice cream.

It seems more like soft serve, so you can freeze it a bit more so it's more solid, or you can eat it out of the food processor, your choice.
