Mike's Chili

Ingredients
Directions
1- 46 oz can tomato juice2- 14 oz cans diced tomatos (undrained)1- 14 oz can kidney beans (drained & rinsed)1 diced onion1 lb. lean ground beef.2 T. chili powder1 1/2 C. uncooked pasta (we like shells & rotini)
Brown ground beef and diced onion in a soup pot about 5 minutes until cooked through.
Drain fat and return to pan.
Add in all remaining ingredients except pasta and heat til boiling. Add pasta and continue cooking until pasta is soft. Add additional water if needed to maintain desired consistency (less water for thicker stew type chili, more for thinner soup).
Serving Size: Makes 12- 1 1/2 C. servings
