sauce:25g low fat cheesei tbsp skim milkgarlicmixed herbs100g butter beans1 grated carrot2 tbsp celery1/2 cup raw or lightly cooked cauliflower3 med sliced mushrooms1 tbsp chopped red onion/ spring onions2 slices whole meal toast
Directions
mix sauce ing together. then heat in microwave and pour over prepared vegetables. serve warm with toast on the side
