2 can's of Light cream of mushrooms 1 pound of 93% lean ground beefOnion flakes to tastesalt and pepper to testVERY think sliced Red potato's about two is all you need.about 1/2 a cup of graded cheese.
cook ground beef and mix with soup. Spay a 11'inch pan with Pam and put the meat mix on the bottom of the pan and place the thinly sliced red potato's on top and cook for 45 min and then put about a half a cup of cheese on top and put back in the oven for 15 more min. Very hardy and the family loves it.
