Twice Baked Potatoes - quick and easy

*Baked Potato, with skin, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp Milk, 2%, .25 cup (give or take)*Hormel Bacon Bits, 3 tbsp (give or take)
Wash and pierce the potatoes, place on a microwavable plate and cook for 10-11 minutes. Remove and slice in half, then scoop out the middles - leaving mini "bowls". Place the scooped out potato in a bowl and add butter and milk to taste and consistency, then add bacon bits, mix/mash then return to the skins. Place in oven preheated to 350 for approximately 10 more minutes or until potatoes start to brown. Serve immediately.
