Nutella Cookies (wheat free)

Ingredients
one egg8 tablespoons (1 cup) of nutella 3/4 cup coconut flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 190C
In a bowl whisk one egg, add 8 tablespoons (1 cup) of nutella and 3/4 cup coconut flour. Mix until a dough is formed.
Roll to a 5mm thickness with baking paper above and below dough. Use a cookie cutter shape of your choice and place the shapes on a lined cookie baking pan.
Bake for 7 min for soft and chewy texture (my preference) or 9 min for hard crunchy biscuits.
