8 Cups of Homemade Chicken Broth4 Cups of Water1 Boneless Chicken Breast, Cooked and Shredded2 Celery Stalks, Chopped2 Carrots, Chopped1 Onion, Diced2 Garlic Cloves, Dices2 tbsp Olive Oil1 tsp Salt1 tsp Black Pepper4 Cups Egg Noodles
Add Onion, Garlic, and Olive Oil to pot. Cook until Onions are just slightly soft. Then add Chicken Broth, Water, Chicken, Celery, Carrots, Salt and Pepper to Pot and bring to boil. Boil for 10 minutes, the cover and simmer for 15 minutes. In a seperate pot, prepare Egg Noodles as stated on package. When finished, place a serving of Noodles in a Bowl, then top with the Broth Mixture
