Turkey and Sweet Potato Sheperds Pie

Ingredients
2 lbs Ground Turkey3 stalks celery, chopped3 medium carrots, chopped1.5 medium onions, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped1 tsp. black peppper1 tsp. ground Cinnamon1 tsp. ground Nutmeg
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.

In a saucepan, brown the meat with the pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add the onions, carrots, and celery and cook until softened(you can just cook them all together, I just prefer not to). In a separate pot, boil the sweet potato until fork tender.

Pour the meat mixture into a casserole dish and top with the sweet potatoes. Put in the oven and cook for about 20 minutes, or until just heated through.
