Venison Pepper Steak

Ingredients
1 lb of Venison tenderloin cubed1 cup Green Pepper sliced1 cup Red Pepper sliced1 cup fresh mushrooms1 med to large onion cut in half then quartered1/2 cup red wine (drinking quality)1 cup Brocolli florets cut in bite size pieces1 cup (large handful) Snap peas1 Tbsp Olive oil
Directions
Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to hot skillet, add venison and brown all sides (about 3-4 minutes). Turn heat to med-low and add half red wine and loosen oil and venison scraps on bottom of skillet. Pour venison and wine into bowl and set aside. Put Vegetables in skillet and cook til almost tender-crisp, add venison back in with rest of red wine. Continue cooking for about 4-5 minutes or until venison is cooked thru.
