Quick Veggie Pasta Sauce (Vegan)

Ingredients
Chop 1 cup of each of the following vegetables, approximately one whole of each except about 5-6 mushrooms:-green pepper -red pepper-onion-mushrooms-zucchini-carrot (cut very small for even cooking)1 Tbsp canola oil1 650-ml jar of Classico tomato-basil pasta sauceapproximately 2 cups of waterFresh ground pepper to taste, if desired
Directions
Saute the vegetables in oil until soft.
Stir in pasta sauce. Use water to get all the sauce from the jar.
Simmer up to an hour and serve over your favorite pasta.
