(Vegan) Orange Chicken

1 cup dry chicken style TVP chunks3 tsp Sriracha sauce1 tbsp rice vinegar*4 tbsp honey*1 tsp Bragg liquid aminos1/4 tsp Spike seasoning1/4 cup orange juice1/2 cup water1/2 tsp sesame oil1 tbsp nutritional yeast*spices to taste (I used black pepper and garlic powder)*some vegans eat honey, some less strict vegans do not. You can substitute brown sugar for honey- it will be fewer calories too.
In a microwave safe bowl, mix TVP, seasoning and spices, liquid aminos, and sriracha sauce. Microwave for one minute, stir, and microwave an additional minute.
Stir in orange juice and vinegar, microwave one minute.
Stir in honey and oil, let sit for about 5 minutes.
Empty mixture into sauce pan, sprinkle in nutritional yeast, stir continuously until liquid is mostly cooked up.
Serve hot with white or fried rice.
Serving Size: Makes 2 1/2 cup servings
