Ingredients
1/4 of a large onion, chopped2 stalks celery, finely chopped2-3 carrots, grated 2 Tbsp canola oil 1 pound lean turkey breast 1/2 C tomato sauce1/4 C honey 1 Tbsp cider vinegar 2 tsp worchestershire sacue 1 1/2 tesp chili powder season to taste - salt & pepper
Directions
in a large pan over medium heat saute' onion, celery and carrots in oil until tender.
add meat stirring frequently until brown and crumbly. Drain
stir in remaining ingredients
simmer until thickened.

serve on whole wheat buns

    I put mine over WW EngMuffin ... I loved it. Oops I even forgot the vinegar! I will put it in next time! Also I didn't have any tomato sauce, I used a can of Rotel. YUM
