Fresh Salsa

Ingredients
1 Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded and Minced1 Cucumber, Peeled, Seeded and Diced3 Plum Tomatoes, Seeded and Diced1/2 C Fresh Cilantro, Rough ChopJuice of 1 Lime1 tsp Truvia Natural Sweetener1 tsp Ground Cumin1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
Mix it all up and let it mingle for as long as you can wait to dive in. I use this on Shrimp Taco Salads personally, but now that I've found it, well, heck, this goes on EVERYTHING I'm pretty sure!
