Ingredients
1 lb. yukon potatoes1 lb. steamable bag of broccoli1/2 cup gouda or fontina cheese shredded1/2 cup skim milksalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook broccoli according to directions. Boil potatoes until tender. Drain potatoes and add everything else and mash as you would mash potatoes.
