Ingredients
I can Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk1 can No Sugar Added Cherry Pie Filling1 can Dole Crushed Pineapple (no sugar added--in it's own juice)I 16 oz tub of Cool Whip Lite
Directions
This is the easiest thing to make and is a hit at home, work, and church functions.

First put the can of condensed milk and the can of crushed pineapple into a large bowl and stir together well. Then add the can of cherry pie filling and stir well. FOLD in gently one 16 oz tub of cool whip lite being careful to get all of it blended well. Chill in the refridgerator, then serve.
This makes approx. 25/1 cup servings.

    I made this, this weekend. I didnt realize it was on here in low calorie form. My MIL always makes this in the summer but doesnt use the low calorie ingredients so I changed it up and used the low cal and it tastes just as GREAT!! - 6/8/09
