peanut butter coconut flour cookies

1/2 cup light butter (1 stick) melted3/4 cup Naturally made peanut butter3/4 cup granulated splenda3 large eggs1 tsp vanilla1/2 cup coconut flour3/4 tsp baking soda
preheat oven to 350
mix splenda, melted butter, peanut butter & vanilla until blended, add in eggs and mix then add in coconut flour and baking soda.
drop but tablespoonfuls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet, and flatten with your fingers or a fork.
Bake for 11-13 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 24 cookies
