Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients
1 3 lb bag boneless skinless chicken breasts1/4 c lemon juice 1tbs red chili or cayenne powder(can be doubled if you like really hot)2 tbs ginger powder3 tbs garlic powder1 tsp Annatto seeds, whole(for color, can be omitted but won't be red)1 tsp garam masala
Directions
in a bowl with a lid, combine the chili powder and lemon juice. cut slits into the chicken breasts, and marinate for 20 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, cover with lid and shake to mix. Marinate for 6 hours to two days. The longer it marinates, the better it tastes. cook in the broiler or on the grill, or if you don't have a broiler, your oven's highest temperature.Takes about 45 minutes.
