Ingredients
3 cps. Spring Salad Mix1/4 medium white onion sliced thin2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tbsp Alessi WhiteBalsamic Raspberry Blush Vinegar1/4 cp. Feta cheese (crumbled)1cp. Strawberry halves1/2 cp. blueberries
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and toss lightly to incorporate dressing and to help soften feta. Enjoy immediately.
