1 C chopped onion4 chopped garlic cloves4 TB extra virgin olive oil1 can (411 g or 14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, or comparable fresh
Directions
Chop onion and garlic
Heat oil in a skillet
Cook onion and garlic until golden
Add tomatoes
Simmer for 5 minutes
