Ingredients
1 cup nut butter (any will work)1 whole egg2 tbs honey and 2 tbs maple or 1/4 cup any other sweetener or combo.1/2 tsp. vanilla1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. baking soda3 cups mix in's of choice-- like-coconut(unsweetened), dried fruit, seeds, nuts, - chocolate chips, quinoa, dry oatmeal, ect..we used 1 cup cooked quinoa, 1 cup shredded coconut, 1/2 cup mixed raw nuts chopped, 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Directions
preheat oven to 350. Grease a cookie sheet and set aside. Combine all ingredients in a stand mixed until blended and then drop table spoon scoops of mix onto pre greased pan. Press with spoon to flatten. bake 12-15 min.
