Curry Pink Salmon

Ingredients
1 small onion2 tsp fresh Garlic1 Jalapeno pepper - diced1 can of Pink Salmon1/2 T Tumeric - ground1 tsp ground curry (Garam Masala)1 T salt2 T Olive Oil1-2 C Water
Directions
Heat olive oil in medium until it shimmers, add onions and peppers and cook until softened, add garlic and continue to cook until onions are clear.
Add the tumeric and curry and cook for 1 minute.
Add the salmon (remove bones if you prefer)
add salt and water
cook on medium heat for 10 minutes
