Oatmeal Banana Bites - PCRM 21-day Kickstart

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats1 cup oat flour (blend rolled oats in a blender for quick and affordable oat flour)2 ripe bananes - pureed1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1 tsp vanilla2 Tbsp chocolate chips
Directions
Preset oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or spray lightly with oil). Mix all dry ingredients together. Puree the bananas in a blender or food processor and mix into the dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon 1-2 tbsp mounds of mix on the baking sheet and bake for 14 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
