Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. Fresh Green Beans1/2 Medium Red Onion - chopped fine1 Cup Cherry or Grape Tomatoes (halved)3 oz. Feta cheese (crumbled)Dressing:2 TBSP Olive Oil2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar2 TBSP Lemon Juice2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)Salt - To TastePepper - To Taste
Directions
Mix together dressing ingredients. Steam or Boil Green Beans for 3 - 4 minutes until crisp tender. Submerge in cold water to stop cooking. Toss onion and green beans in dressing, cover and refrigerate 1 hr. Before serving toss in tomatoes and Feta cheese. Toss lightly and enjoy.
