1 Can Goya Chick peas1 tsp Gringer root grated1 tsp Garlic grated1 tsp Cumin seeds1 tsp Garam Masala1/2 cup Yellow onions chopped1/3 Roma tomatoes chopped1/2 tbsp Coriander seeds powder1 tsp Turmeric powder1 Lipton tea bagSalt as per taste
Open the can and drain the water from chickpeas. Rinse thoroughly under running water. Put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker, pour enough water to coat the chickpeas and cook until 3 whistles. Let the cooker release the pressure. Remove the tea bag and mix with a ladle properly. Serve with phulkas with some slit jalapeno and sliced onions.
