Spicy Turkey & Red Cabbage Soup

1.2 c cooked dark turkey, chopped1 gallon of crushed tomatoes2.5 c thinly sliced red cabbage1 medium onion, chopped5 garlic cloves, chopped2.25 c corn (1 can)2 seeded jalepenos, choppedcumin, majoram, chili powder to taste
Spray pan with cooking spray and saute onions, garlic and peppers until soft and slightly browned. Add tomatoes, spices, turkey and corn and cook until cabbage is done. Serve with optional cheese, sour cream (greek yogurt), avocado, etc. Optional ingredients not included in calorie count.
Serving Size: Makes 13 servings of 2/3 cup each (a large ladleful)
