1.3 lbs 93% lean ground beef1 small onion, chopped1 extra-large egg1 packet Original Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheeseDash pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Place two slices bread on the bottom of a 5 by 9 loaf pan; they will soak up the grease from the meat when cooking.
Form meat mixture into pan over bread. Sprinkle with pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings.
