Summer Squash, 3 cup, sliced (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, .5 tbsp (remove)Flour, whole grain, .67 cup (remove)
Combine GRATED squash and next 4 ingredients; mix well. Stir in flour. Drop by tablespoons into 1/2 inch of hot oil. Cook until browned, turning once. Drain.
