Chicken Vegtable Soup

Ingredients
2 cups Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded3 Carrots, sliced5 Potatoes, medium cubed1 Cup Green Beans 2 Tablespoons Oil1 Onions, chopped1 Celery stalk chopped4 cups Chicken Broth or Bouillon cubes1 teaspoon Rosemary1 teaspoon ThymeSalt and Pepper
Directions
In a frying pan saute onion and celery in oil. Put them in a large stock pot.

Add chicken broth, carrots, potatoes, green beans, and seasoning. Add water if needed to cover vegetables.

Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer. Simmer 20 minutes or until carrots and potatoes are cooked.

Enjoy.

    Great! and my three kids loved it! Also added extra water and added a box of Zattarains Rice and beans to the last 35 minutes of cooking and was very hearty....and a few more veggies like broccili and corn. Yummo! - 3/22/08
