High Fiber Chocolate Cake with a Protein Punch

200 grams ** of beans, drained - see note100 grams ** semi-sweet chocolate (Baker's makes a version that is sold by the baking chocolate that is conveniently wrapped in 25 gram blocks)2 eggs1/2 tsp baking soda ** 100 grams is about 3.5 ounces or a little less than a cup.
Preheat oven to 325F. Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave in 15 second increments until smooth. Let cool while you preceed. Puree cooked or canned and drained beans in food processor with eggs until no chunks of "skins" are visible (you may have to add a tablespoon or two of water if your beans are not damp when you start). Add melted chocolate and baking soda and blend. Pour into 8 in round cake pan that has been sprayed with Pam or other baking spray and bake for ~30 minutes.
Serving Size: Nutrition info is for 1/8th of cake - I cut into 12 servings so that I can get a chocolate hit for 75 cals.
