1 cup lactaid milk, fat free1/2 cup frozen fresh papaya1 1/2 tsp Splenda
Directions
in a blender, add milk, frozen papaya chunks and splenda. blend at high speed for 1-2 minutes or until you no longer hear the chunk rotating in the blender.
