Vegan High Protein Bars

Ingredients
120g (about 1 cup) of fortified soy protein powder (Genisoy brand was used for the nutrition calculations)6 tbsp cocoa powder4 tbsp ground flax seed3 tbsp agave nectar6 tbsp creamy peanut butter1.5 cups water (more or less according to your desired texture)1 cup muesli cereal
Directions
Combine protein powder, cocoa, and flax seed in a bowl. Add agave nectar, peanut butter, and water. Stir until well combined. Mixture should hold together well and be easy to form into a ball. Add muesli and stir or knead with hands until well mixed. Press onto a wax paper covered pan and mold into a rectangular shape. Score into 8 pieces and refrigerate until well chilled. Once chilled, separate individual bars and store in an airtight container or wrap in plastic.
