0.5 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese1.0 tbsp Basil2.0 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled)2.0 cloves Garlic0.35 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.25 cup Parsley2.0 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average2.0 tbs Olive Oil, Extra Virgin3.0 oz Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted4.0 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)
Directions
