Ingredients
skinless, boneless chicken breasts2 peppers, cut into strips1 onion, cut into thin pieces1 pint of salsaOptional: sodium-free taco seasoning
Directions
veggies on bottom of crock pot, meat on top. season with taco seasoning (optional) and pour salsa over all. Put on lid and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
