Ingredients
6 skinless boneless chicken thighs cut into cubes1 turkey thigh cubed1/2 cup coconut milk1/4 cup of pc indian korma cooking sauceone clove garlicand crushed chillies to taste
Directions
spray a sause pan with cooking spray
brown turkey then add chicken
blend garlic, korma and coconut milk
add to chicken/turkey
stiring frequently for first five minutes
then cover and let simmer for 20
