Ingredients
Potato, with skin, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" diaSour Cream, 4 tbspButter, salted, 4 tbspParsley Flakes, 1 tbspSalt & Pepper to Taste
Directions
Cut potatoes and boil in salted water until tender. Drain and mash, skins and all. Add Butter, salt and pepper and cream together, add sour cream and parsley and cream once more.
