Curried Chicken and Apple Salad

Ingredients
1 chicken breast - cooked (about 8 oz)1 medium apple - cut into cubes1 medium cucumber - peeled and diced4 TBSP Kraft Light Mayo2 TBSP Apricot Preserves2 TBSP Curry powder (or to your taste)
Directions
Chop ingredients, add mayo and apricot preserves. Add curry powder to taste. Serve as is, or in a pita or tortilla.
