Ground turkey and vegetable soup

Ingredients
3 oz. Ground Turkey 93% lean2 tsp. olive oil1/2 cup zucchini sliced1/2 cup onions chopped1/4 cup red pepper chopped1 cup whole tomatoes, canned with juice1/2 tsp. ground thymesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown turkey in olive oil in a non stick pan. Add onions, zucchini and red pepper. Saute until tender about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook an additional 10 min.
