Tomato Basil Soup

Ingredients
4 C. petite diced tomatoes2 C. V8 tomato juice2 C. chicken broth12-14 basil leaves, finely chopped1/2 C. half & half
Directions
Simmer first 4 ingredients for 30 minutes. Puree to desired smoothness. Add half & half. Simmer a few more minutes. Enjoy!
