cauliflower pizza crust

Ingredients
1c cooked riced cauliflower1c shredded part skim mozzarella cheese1 egg beaten1t oregano1t mrs dash garlic and herb blend
Directions
to rice cauliflower:
rmove stems and leaves and chop florets into chunks. add to food processor. pulse till looks like grains of rice. place in bowl and microwave 8 minutes.

stir cauliflower, egg and cheese. add organo and mrs dash. put on cookie sheet and pat out to nine inch round
bake at 450 for 15 minutes. remove from oven add sauce toppings and cheese. broil on high heat 3-4 min till cheese is melted.
