Pumpkin Spice Muffins (Grain Free)

Ingredients
1 cup Almond Butter - (MaraNatha Natural Creamy & Raw)1/2 cup Trader Joe's Organic Canned Pumpkin2 Eggs1/3 cup Trader Joe's (100% Pure Grade A Maple Syrup)1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Salt1 TBSP Pumpkin Pie spice1/3 cup Dark Chocolate - (Private Selection 62% Cocao) ~ Ingredients listed are the exact ingredients I used to calculate nutrition. Directions
Pre heat oven to 250 degrees. Mix all ingredients together well. Fill a muffin pan with liners and spray liners with your favorite oil. Place 1/4 cup of batter into each muffin cup liner. Bake for approx 15-20 minutes or until tops begin to crack. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and continue cooling on wire rack.

Serving Size: Recipe makes 12 muffins. Serving is 1 muffin.
