Ingredients
4 Cups London Broil, cubed1 10.75 oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup1 Cup Sour Cream, reduced fat8 oz No Yolk Brand Noodles
Directions
Cut meat into cubes, add to pressure cooker.
Add 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup.
Set time for high pressure - 99 minutes
When cooking is complete, drain broth and mix with 1 more cup of Cream of Mushroom Soup
Add 1 cup Sour Cream
Serve over No Yolk noodles
