2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts1 cup bbq sauce1/3 cup lite or fat free italian dressing2 tbsp packed brown sugar1 tbsp worcestershire2 tbsp cornstarch2 tbsp chicken broth
place chicken in slow cooker. whisk bbq sauce, dressing, sugar & worcestershire together & pour over chicken. cover & cook on low for 4.5-5 hrs.remove chicken to cutting board. mix cornstarch & chicken broth & stir it into sauce in slow cooker. cover & cook on high for 10-15 min or until sauce is thickened. meanwhile, shred chicken. when sauce is thick return chicken to slow cooker & stir to combine. cover & continue to cook on low for another 45 min.
