Spicy Baked Samosas

Ingredients
Red Potato, 375 gramsOnions, raw, 1 small Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Ginger Root, 2 tspCurry Powder, 2 tspGround Cumin, 0.5 tspCayenne, 0.25 tspBlack Pepper, 0.25 tspWater, 1 cupPeas, frozen, 0.5 cup Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers), 8 wrapper, eggroll (7" square)
Directions
Saute onion, carrots, potato and ginger until soften (5 min)
Add spices (30 sec)
Add water, simmer (covered) until all water is absorbed (12 min)

Add filling to wonton wrapper, wet edges and seal.

Bake in 375C oven for 12 min.
