Pink Salmon (canned), 3 can Pink Salmon (fish), 2 fillet Sardines in Hot Sauce, 1 can*Brown spicy musturd, 3 tsp Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1.5 cup Garlic powder, 2 tbsp *Onion powder, 3 tbsp *adobo goya, .25 tsp Garlic, 8 cloves Onions, raw, 1 small Egg, fresh, 4 small Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Scallions, raw, 4 medium (4-1/8" long) Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp Paprika, 1 tbsp *Lemon Juice, 5 mL Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Put sardines, celery, eggs, bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, adobo, paprika, lemon juice, and olive oil in food processor and pulse until mixed well then place in large bowl.
Dice onion, scallions, garlic, and cilantro. Drain can salmon (remove skin and bones if you like) and cut up fresh salmon into chunks. Then mix all ingredients into large bowl mixture.
Make patties (about 30) and place on cookie sheet bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remaining patties can be frozen and baked at a later time.
Serve with Mango-Coconut dipping sauce.
