Baked cauliflower mushroom mostaccioli

Ingredients
8 oz Barilla plus penne2 c. raw cauliflower florets3 oz. baby bella mushrooms chopped1.5 c. Classico Florentine1 lb. whole milk ricotta1T. dried parsleysalt and pepper to taste1 oz romano cheese1 egg1 c. 5 cheese Italian blend
Directions
Boil pasta per package. Add cauliflower last 5 minutes of cooking. Drain. Add chopped mushrooms. Pour 1/2 c. sauce into bottom of the casserole. Mix together remaining ingredients except shredded cheese blend. Add pasta mixture to cheese mixture. Pour into casserole. Top with remaining sauce. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with shredded cheese. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
