Taco Salad Meat & Beans Scratch

Ingredients
1/8 c Black Beans1/8 c Great Northern Beans1/8 c Navy Beans1/8 c Small Red Kidney Beans3/4 lb Ground turkey, 93% lean3/4 lb Ground Beef 93% Lean1/4 tsp each onion powder, paprika,black pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper, oregano1 c homemade salsa1 head red leaf lettuce1 (large) Florida avocado 1 large tomato4 servings (48) Mission Restaurant Style Tortilla chips
Directions
Soak beans (2 hrs), drain, rinse, cover with water (cover plus 1") simmer until softened, drain.
Brown turkey & beef - add 1 Tbsp garlic, spices and drained beans.
Place cut lettuce on outside of (4) plates, cut avocado into quarters then slice into bite size, place on top of lettuce in intervals. Cut tomato into quarters as well, slice into bite size, again place on top of lettuce in intervals.
Spoon Meat & bean mixture into center of plate, drizzle 1/4 c salsa over top each plate.
Place (12) tortilla chips in circle on outer edge of each plate. Yummmmmm
